Because we are currently looking for a Housekeeping/Cleaning Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team at "Haus Maria Frieden" in Yonah, GA.

We are a facility that provides support for adults with moderate to severe disabilities. Our organization is run by the Catholic Women's Social Service Association.

This position is initially for a one-year contract to cover for an employee on sick leave.


Location:
Special Residential Facility "Haus Maria Frieden", Ahornallee 1-2 in 13158 Berlin


Regular working hours: 20 hours/week, usually Monday to Friday

Responsibilities


Your responsibilities:


  • Your tasks will include cleaning the rooms of our residents, as well as the communal kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and staircases (according to hygiene standards)
  • You will also be responsible for cleaning floors, surfaces, furniture, and restocking supplies
Qualifications


What you bring to the table:

  • Experience in housekeeping and working with common cleaning products
  • Proof of immunity against COVID19 according to § 20a para. 2 IfSG
  • You are openminded and interested in working with people with cognitive disabilities
