INBRIGHT Development is a young, yet highly experienced real estate company. Our passion lies in developing sustainable, flexible, and climate-friendly light-industrial and office properties. We place special emphasis on transforming existing buildings according to clearly defined ESG criteria.


Responsibilities:

  • Identification and control of processes within the company
  • Creation of budgets and forecasts, as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Further development and optimization of key figures
  • Cost accounting and cost management
  • Support of management in financing acquisition projects
  • Preparation and presentation of analyses and decision templates for management
  • Risk controlling and vulnerability analysis
  • Establishment of suitable benchmarking for performance measurement (dashboards, KPIs)

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling
