Location:
Philadelphia, PA (On-Site)
Pay Rate:
$26-27/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, questions, and issues.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate benefits records in the HRIS system; experience with iSolved is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Prepare and distribute benefits communication materials.
- Generate and analyze benefits reports using MS Suite and Excel; proficiency with Access is preferred.
- Coordinate with benefits providers and manage relationships to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required; degree preferred.
- 23 years of experience in benefits administration is REQUIRED.
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification preferred and will be a significant advantage.
- COVID19 vaccination required, with consideration for religious exemptions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with Access preferred.
- Experience in a health clinic setting or nonprofit organization is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HRIS systems, particularly iSolved.
- Familiarity with benefits administration in a healthcare or nonprofit environment.
Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour
