    **Key Responsibilities:**

    Develop original, trend-forward lingerie designs from concept to final product.

    Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, fabrics, and techniques.

    Create detailed sketches and CADs.

    Collaborate with the product development team.

    Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments.

    Coordinate with the production office and overseas factories.

    Attend fittings and make necessary adjustments to ensure perfect fit and quality.

    Present design concepts and collections to senior management and stakeholders.

    -Organize photoshoots & catalog creation

    Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.

    **Qualifications:**

    Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in lingerie or intimate apparel design.

    Strong portfolio showcasing innovative lingerie designs and technical skills.

    Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.

    Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and lingerie fit.

    Strong communication and presentation skills.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Passion for fashion, creativity, and an eye for detail.
