What You Will Do:
The Sales Support Representative I will provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.
In this role, you will ensure that good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws.
Additionally, you will be responsible for developing organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers as well as develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
Additional responsibilities may require you to:
- Answer all incoming calls from your assigned phone queue while following our Call Quality rubric to ensure we are providing exceptional customer experience for our customers.
- Work alongside Customer Care leadership and Sales Team to track and reach monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Participate in Projects for Sales Support/Customer Care.
- Build rapport with other Sales Support Team members. Coordinate with other groups in Customer Care and crossfunctionally as needed to improve the overall customer experience.
- Acquire and utilize knowledge of backlog reporting and strategy.
- Create purchase orders and quotes while utilizing CRM and ERP tools to process orders. Responsible for accuracy as the front line for data entry. Coordinate shipments to meet customer needs. Provide price and product availability information.
- Research sales/customers problems or questions. This may involve going through customer files, reviewing existing orders, and consulting with other employees and/or customers.
What You Need:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of customer service or sales support experience.
- Ability to participate in overtime work as needed.
