Responsibilities of our next Customer Service Representative:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve problems quickly

• Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products, promotions, and policies
• Collaborate with Customer Service Representative team members to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution
• Uphold company standards for customer service excellence and professionalism

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problemsolving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
• High school diploma or equivalent
