    Key Responsibilities

    • Offer technical guidance on plant equipment, operational efficiency, and overall safety
    • Provide expertise in engineering, maintenance planning, and reliability engineering
    • Update current plant and maintenance equipment documentation and procedures
    • Implement and regulate an extensive set of performance indicators for the plant

    Critical Skills Required

    • Hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electrical applications, and industrial procedures
    • Proficiency in interpreting mechanical and electrical blueprints and schematics
    • Capability to oversee a project from inception to execution, inclusive of operational and maintenance training
    • Team leadership and managerial skills in guiding project teams, overseeing both technical and non-technical personnel

    Your Qualifications

    • Graduate or Associate Degree in a technical field OR a decade of practical experience in Industrial Maintenance/Engineering
