We are currently seeking a part-time (20.0 hours/week) student worker for our Technical Property Management department within the real estate and housing sector.

This position is temporary for approximately 6 months.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the technical property managers in their daily tasks, such as obtaining quotes for maintenance and renovation measures, awarding contracts, and overseeing their execution.

You will also conduct on-site visits and work closely with the property management team.

To be successful in this role, you should be currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably with a focus on real estate management (with a technical orientation), civil engineering, or a related field such as architecture, with at least 2-3 completed semesters.

You should also have experience in project management and be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
