Tasks:
- Ensuring the flawless technical condition of the properties to be maintained
- Inspection, maintenance and repair work on air conditioning systems
- Rectifying malfunctions and optimizing operating processes in the properties
- Creation and documentation of daily work performance via mobile devices
Your profile:
- Technical education, e.g. as a HVAC technician
- Ideal are good knowledge in refrigeration as well as measurement, control and regulation technology and in the field of related technical trades
- Service-oriented appearance and responsible work ethic
- Driver's license class B
