The Rummelsberger Dienste für Menschen mit Behinderung is one of the largest social service providers in Bavaria.

We are currently seeking a:

Educator or Special Needs Caregiver (m/f/d):
for our Auhof residential facility in the Roth, Hilpoltstein, Allersberg region.

Your Tasks:

Support and guidance for men and women with disabilities
Participation in the development and implementation of support and care plans
Supervision of staff
Interdisciplinary collaboration within the team and with other internal and external departments
Accompaniment of residents during leisure activities
Implementation of pedagogical and carerelated objectives
Household tasks
Assistance with basic care for residents

We Expect:

Completed training as a special needs caregiver, educator, or equivalent qualification
Teamwork, flexibility, and a stable personality
Respect for people with disabilities
Enjoyment and interest in working with people with disabilities
Interest in goaloriented and taskoriented work
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays, as well as in rotating shifts
