We are looking for an experienced floor technician who is ready to lead and motivate a team each evening.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the floor crew stays on task and completes all assignments to ServiceMaster standards.

Leader and team will report to our Emmaus office each day for their assignments.

Shift is typically Monday
Friday, starting after 6:30am. Must remain flexible to satisfy our customer's needs.
Rotating weekend coverage, typically one weekend per month, additional volunteer overtime hours are often available if desired.
Job involves use of company vehicle, must have valid driver's license.
Background check required

Pay:
$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
