Manifesto is a sustainable, cashless food hub that brings together local gastronomic entrepreneurs, artisans, and Michelin-recommended chefs in one dynamic location. We currently operate a trendy food market in Prague Anděl and have recently opened a flagship "food hall of the future" in Potsdamer Platz, Berlin. As the Bar Supervisor, you will:

Coordinate the frontofhouse staff in daily bar tasks, including methods, operations, preparations, and procedures.
Work with employees and the Bar Manager to create weekly shift schedules, manage inventory and ordering checklists, and oversee opening and closing duties.
Lead the bar's inventory, including liquor, beer, and wine, and assist with weekly orders.
Ensure that all drinks served meet SOOT standards.
Prepare and serve both signature and classic cocktails.
Serve a variety of bottled and draft beers.
Ensure that every guest has a special experience.
