- You oversee training related to cold chain packaging and processes. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure that facility and employee Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) comply with guidelines.
- You're responsible for critical equipment supporting our cold chain packaging. This includes managing external vendors for items like liquid nitrogen, packaging materials, and dry ice.
- Anticipate business needs and manage supply purchases accordingly. Efficiently handle inventory and procurement.
- Conduct performance reviews for team members, providing constructive feedback and recognizing achievements.
- Prepare and manage productivity reports for the branch senior manager
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm (Note: This is a 24/7/365 facility and flexibility to work non-traditional hours, weekends or holidays may be required)
- Report to Senior Branch Director
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience warehouse manager
- 5+ years of experience in Critical Time Logistics
- 3+ year of Biopharma experience
- Experience managing temperature control packaging
