Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Manager/ Executive Assistant to join our team.

The executive Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the finance department, assisting with various financial tasks, and ensuring accurate financial records.

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.


Duties:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
• Prepare client financial reports and assist with budgeting
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience in a finance or accounting role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Skills:

• Customer service skills to interact with clients
• Sales administration experience to support sales team activities
• Negotiation skills to work with vendors or suppliers
• Market knowledge to assist with market research or analysis
