Supplier Manager - Interconnect & Electrification
Job Description This role will be focused on helping to build, grow and expand our offer in the technologies of Interconnect and Electrification. The category includes products like wire, connectors, industrial cord sets, electronic components and industrial test. Experience with products and suppliers in this space is preferred. The Supplier Manager will be focused on proactively driving growth and delivering high KPI performance results with existing and new suppliers. The position will be responsible for developing and successfully implementing supplier business plans, co-ordinate supplier activities such as marketing, reporting and promoting RS to external stake holders. Skills in proactive relationship management and experience in driving cross functional teams to execute marketing activities are a must. This individual will work synergistically with a Product Portfolio Manager in order to meet growth expectations.

What Success Looks LikeThe Supplier Manager Role is heavily focused on developing and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers and with other stakeholders in RS Americas' business. Performance indicators will include:
