Summary:
We are looking for an Automotive Dealership Service Department Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Hendrick Buick GMC Cadillac in Cary, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming service calls from multiple dealerships and scheduling service appointments. Previous experience in a dealership is a plus but not required. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
To excel in this role, you should have a GED or High School Diploma. Previous customer service or automotive experience is beneficial. A valid driver's license is required. Basic computer skills, good communication abilities, and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
Physical Demands:
This role involves regular communication with customers and dealership personnel in a business setting.
