The Baden State Association for Inner Mission is one of the oldest and largest complex institutions for children and youth, integration, disability, and elderly care with approximately 700 employees and 100 trainees in Baden.

We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Assistant (m/f/d) for our Supported Living program for adults with mental illness. This is a part-time position with no shift work required.

Your responsibilities will include supporting and accompanying adults with mental illness in their daily household tasks, such as meal preparation, cleaning, and shopping.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, teaching them these skills and fostering their independence.

We are looking for someone with experience in housekeeping, but we also welcome applicants from other backgrounds. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working with our clients.

A self-sufficient and flexible work style is also essential, as well as a valid driver's license and basic computer skills.
