Responsibilities

Administrative and operational support for the site and project management
Ensuring smooth processing of orders and office organization
Recording and tracking of order and project data in our ERP system
Assisting in the preparation and followup of offers
Support in invoicing, verification, reporting, cost control, and general document management
Point of contact for customers and the project team

Qualifications

Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. automotive or industrial management or a comparable education
Excellent organizational skills
Sales experience is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office products
Independent and structured way of working
Good manners and communication skills in German and English, additional languages are a plus
