Bath Corner is currently seeking Pharmazeutischtechnische Assistenten (PTA) to join our pharmaceutical team.

As a PTA, you will work under the supervision of a pharmacist to dispense medication, prepare ointments and other prescriptions, and test pharmaceuticals and chemicals in the pharmacy laboratory for quality.

The training for this position consists of two years of classroom instruction at a vocational school and a six-month internship at a pharmacy.

With the growing awareness of health in our society, the role of a Pharmazeutischtechnische Assistenten is becoming increasingly important.

This job requires a strong knowledge of the field, a sense of responsibility, and a passion for working with people.

The work is characterized by personal interactions with customers, providing advice and health education to patients.

The training program includes a focus on the following areas: executing prescriptions, providing advice and medication for self-medication, offering and providing services, participating in the development and organization of the workplace, quality control, and creating pharmaceuticals.

In addition to the job-specific training, the program also includes courses in German and English communication.

After completing the program, PTAs can work in public and hospital pharmacies, pharmaceutical and chemical companies, the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry, health insurance companies, as a pharmaceutical representative, or at universities or PTA schools.

The training program begins annually in September and is now tuition-free.
