    **Position Description:**

    CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst III to support FBI in Newington, VA.

    This position is located in Newington, VA.

    Your future duties and responsibilities:

    This position supports all IT operations and reports to the SITS. Responsibilities include compiling service desk reports, managing device inventory spreadsheets, facilitating intake/outtake procedures, aggregating IT communications and elevating important matters to SITS, managing SIM card tracker, monitoring multiple email distro lists (check for updated), consolidating tasks from distro to brief with do-outs (describing how many new hires, how many permission requests, how many asset returns, and compiled spreadsheets), tracking tasks on all (secret, TS, unclassified, private) enclaves, running from project ticketing system

    Specific JCSU duties

    Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

    Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role.

    Hands-on experience with Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), flowcharts, inventory documentation.

    Experience running and dispersing repots.

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

    Tracks various communications channels.

    Proficient in Manage Engine service desk application.

    Hourly Rate: $35.64/hour

    CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
