Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions within our manufacturing facility. This strategic role involves managing talent acquisition employee relations compliance and organizational development to support our operational goals.

Responsibilities

* Leads full-cycle recruiting and onboarding to secure high-quality manufacturing talent and support workforce growth* Manages employee records benefits and compensation programs while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance* Administers FAA/DOT drug-testing processes while maintaining strict adherence to multi-level employment-law requirements* Coordinates employee training certifications and development initiatives to strengthen skills and support organizational readiness* Develops HR policies advises leadership employees serving as a trusted partner on HR matters workplace issues
