    Location: North Richland Hills

    Summary: We are seeking a PRN (as needed) employee to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking for flexibility in their work schedule and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks as needed.

    Responsibilities (Dietary Service & Concierge):
    - Assist with PR projects including media relations, event planning, and content creation

    Provide support for marketing campaigns and initiatives

    Assist with crisis communication efforts as needed

    Maintains the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily; Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary.

    Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures.

    Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules for the office & dining room

    Manages appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hairdresser, transportation, etc.

    Qualifications:
    - High School Diploma or GED Certification preferred

    1-3 years of customer service experience and/or training
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines

    Schedule: This is a PRN (as needed) position with flexible hours. The employee will be contacted for assignments as needed and will have the opportunity to accept or decline based on availability.
