Overview:

Responsibilities:

Research funding opportunities and summarize details for clients.
Conduct outreach to Client Managers and clients on opportunities.
Run meetings with internal and external clients and program contacts.
Responsible for the quality control/quality assurance process for assigned grant writing projects.
Regular contact with clients, consultants, governmental agencies, involved communities and contractors in connection with the projects.

Qualifications:

05 years of experience in similar position or field.
Grant writing experience in the civil engineering field is preferred.

Experience with the following funding programs is preferred:
FHWA, FEMA, HUD CDBG, EPA Brownfields, USDA, and EPA Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds.

Bachelor's degree or background in Planning, Engineering, English, Political Science, Communications, or similar.
Excellent writing and research skills.
Excellent, proactive communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to take ownership of, and responsibility for, work product and manage own time and workload.

Writing samples, references, and assessments may be requested.
