Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Research funding opportunities and summarize details for clients.
  • Conduct outreach to Client Managers and clients on opportunities.
  • Run meetings with internal and external clients and program contacts.
  • Responsible for the quality control/quality assurance process for assigned grant writing projects.
  • Regular contact with clients, consultants, governmental agencies, involved communities and contractors in connection with the projects.

Qualifications:

  • 05 years of experience in similar position or field.
  • Grant writing experience in the civil engineering field is preferred.

Experience with the following funding programs is preferred:
FHWA, FEMA, HUD CDBG, EPA Brownfields, USDA, and EPA Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds.

  • Bachelor's degree or background in Planning, Engineering, English, Political Science, Communications, or similar.
  • Excellent writing and research skills.
  • Excellent, proactive communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to take ownership of, and responsibility for, work product and manage own time and workload.
Writing samples, references, and assessments may be requested.
