You will work directly on site at the Hotel Global Inn in Wolfsburg, and your employment contract will be with AutoVision - Der Personaldienstleister GmbH & Co.

Your Tasks

  • Check in and check out hotel guests using the hotel program Sihot
  • Attend to customers at the hotel: receive, process, and if necessary, forward guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Accept hotel reservations, enter them into the Sihot program, and create confirmations
  • Pre and postprocessing office work related to guest stays (prepare registration forms, file reservations in the folder system, etc.)

Your Profile

  • Education in the hotel or restaurant sector
  • Very good language skills in German and good language skills in English required
  • Experience in dealing with customers, strong guest orientation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word
