We are a medium-sized regional company and provide care for approximately 75 individuals in the outpatient sector. In addition to our traditional mobile nursing service, we operate a supported living facility with 20 senior-friendly apartments. Our goal is to maintain independence and self-determination through tailored care and support, while preserving the patient's familiar social environment.

We are currently seeking a dedicated team member to join our small and loyal team in the outpatient sector at Cedar Flat.

Elderly Care Specialist (m/f/d) / Caregiver (m/f/d)

Your tasks/responsibilities:

  • Caring for and supporting individuals in need within our outpatient nursing service
  • Performing general basic and treatment care
  • Planning and documenting care measures
  • Ensuring quality standards in nursing
  • Supporting and advising our clients and their families

Your personal/professional profile:

  • Completed training as an elderly care specialist (m/f/d) or as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d)
  • For caregivers: training as a nursing assistant (m/f/d) desirable, or certificate in basic treatment care desirable
  • Professional experience in elderly care or nursing desirable, but we also welcome newcomers and are happy to provide training
