Responsibilities:


Strategy & Planning:


  • Design, execute, and finetune paid advertising campaigns on TikTok to align with our marketing goals.
  • Leverage insights into TikTok's algorithm and user behavior to develop campaigns that resonate with our target audience, optimizing for stages of the funnel from awareness to conversion.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with TikTok's evolving trends, features, and advertising policies to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and effective.

Execution:


  • Craft and deploy ad campaigns that perfectly blend with TikTok's organic content, emphasizing creativity, relevance, and user engagement.
  • Experiment with various ad formats (e.g., In-Feed, TopView, Branded Hashtag Challenges) to identify what drives the best results for different objectives.
  • Work closely with creative teams to produce content that is native to TikTok, ensuring high engagement and response rates.

Analysis & Reporting:


  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies in realtime to optimize results.
  • Develop comprehensive reports that detail campaign outcomes, insights gained, and actionable strategies for future campaigns.
  • Assess ROI of ad spend, leveraging analytics to drive decisions on budget allocation and campaign improvements.

Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure campaign strategies are cohesive and aligned with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Engage with content creators and influencers on TikTok to amplify campaign reach and impact.
  • Share insights and best practices with the team to foster a culture of learning and innovation in TikTok marketing.

Qualification:


  • 3+ years of experience in managing and executing ad campaigns on the TikTok platform.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager and advertising policies.
  • Proficient in analyzing performance data to inform strategy and decisionmaking.
