We are looking for a dedicated colleague (m/f/d) as a Customer Service Representative for direct sales in France and Belgium to strengthen our Customer Service team in Tübingen.


Your responsibilities:
Processing of national and international customer inquiries and orders, with a focus on direct markets in France and Belgium
Preparation of offers and telephone customer support
Coordination of shipments
Correspondence with national and international customers
Reconciliation of customer accounts in cooperation with the accounting department
Processing of returns and service shipments
Administrative tasks, including creating statistics
Coordination with our field sales team

You bring with you:
Completed commercial training
Practical experience in customer service, industry knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement
Good written and spoken French and English skills
