Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Global Head of Operations to build and scale the global operational engine that powers QSIC's intelligent in-store audio platform - from procurement, to installation, to 24/7 Tech Support.
+Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end in-store hardware installation programs across small format, enterprise, and franchise store locations
- Create playbooks for global use
- Negotiate pricing with vendors including terms warranties supply risk manage inventory logistics forecast demand optimize workflows automate processes deliver uptime customer satisfaction metrics NPS CSAT monitor achieve KPIs deployment velocity cost efficiency MTTR product warranty ensure rapid resolution replacement logistics partner accountability recovery strategies translate sales commitments executable delivery plans develop support tiers ticketing escalation response SLAs customer satisfaction metrics establish evolve SOPs QA standards documentation precision scale repeatability launch monitor mission-critical KPIs uptime deployment velocity cost efficiency MTTR NPS support SLAs manage product warranty programs ensure rapid resolution replacement logistics partner accountability recovery strategies leverage advanced data analytics real-time reporting drive continuous operational improvements demand forecasting strategic decision-making maintain install quality testing procedures audit frameworks globally manage vendor compliance store-ready standards globally lead change management initiatives embed new tools automation standardized processes operational excellence at scale build mentor develop regional operations leaders frontline teams high-performance culture aligned company values growth objectives
