We are currently seeking an O&M Quality & Handover Manager for a leading offshore wind developer based in Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the status of as-built documentation (submitted, not submitted) for each package and maintaining a Master Document Register in collaboration with the Document Control team.
  • Ensuring that all delivered documents comply with the Employer Requirements for Reference Designation System for Power Plants (RDSPP).
  • Coordinating O&M participation in Factory Acceptance Tests / Harbour Acceptance Tests / Site Acceptance Tests.
  • Establishing handover requirements, documenting the process, and aligning it across workstreams.
  • Ensuring that all information from Lautec (Findings, History of Open points, Inspection Reports) is transferred to a centralised system.
  • Clearly communicating the asset handover requirements to site inspectors according to the contract.
  • Managing O&M quality and handover processes.
  • Coordinating all fabrication and quality documents for each package as per the handover strategy.
  • Supporting quality inspectors in the project with deliverables.
  • Coordinating the as-built documentation for each package.
  • Implementing Quality Management for Operations.
