- Responds to service calls for office trailers, modular buildings, office and storage containers throughout the servicing area(s) as needed.
- Perform service calls, which could be but are not limited to HVAC, Electrical, Windows/Doors, Locksets, Stairs, or other service-related items.
- Perform work required in the preparatory function(make-ready) of buildings for units to go on rent (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, cleaning & servicing).
- Ensures all tasks are performed promptly and cost-effectively, consistent with established operations procedures and requirements.
- Operate any company vehicle and equipment in a safe, appropriate manner.
- Responsible for adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensures the availability and condition of required materials and tools
- Ensure all tasks are completed promptly.
- Assist in developing methods of readying office trailers/modular buildings to reduce service calls.
- Maintain and keep an inventory of all necessary parts and equipment.
- To accurately report daily service calls, including well-written descriptions of all completed work for backup billing.
- Ability to deliver and install ancillary items (VAPS), i.e., desks, chairs, file cabinets, whiteboards, walls, stairs, ramps, etc.

- 3-5 years of relevant/ related type work
- Excellent driving record
- Pass DOT Med card
- Able to lift 50lbs or more.
- Able to bend, twist, climb ladders, and get into awkward positions while maintaining equipment.
- Ability to work in a high noise and dust level environment.
- OSHA 10
- HVAC certification is preferred.
