• Enter and process orders and complaints in SAP
• Act as central point of contact for order processing across all segments
• Communicate with production plants, shipping companies, and central departments while considering customer satisfaction and product availability
• Create statistics and overviews

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Work experience in order processing, ideally in a sales-related field
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP (especially SAP SD)
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting, as well as a sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
