As a customer service representative at Blueox, you play a critical role in developing and strengthening our relationship with our current and future customers.

Our customer service representatives prioritize and care for our customers from initial contact and throughout their entire relationship with Blueox.

Our customer service representatives are responsible for the set up and maintenance of customer accounts and accurate records, budget and pre-buy programs, running reports and providing analysis and follow up action.


Basic Core Qualifications:

  • Practice honesty, dependability, and integrity in the workplace
  • Display original thinking and creativity
  • Possess strong problemsolving skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, strong communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Maintain a fun and positive atmosphere
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to think, problem solve and reason both critically and independently
  • Basic understanding and experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience
Pay begins at $16.00 for entry level, but will be determined by experience.
