- Screen job applications based on position criteria and provide recommendations.
- Coordinate interviews.
- Source potential candidates.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, including collaborating with other departments for email setup and IT purchases.
- Review and edit job listings.
- Conduct job analysis and market research.
- Manage EOR and PEO vendors, and collaborate with the accounting department for invoice processing.
- Recommend HR process improvements and take the lead on various HR tasks.
- Oversee HRIS as required.

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in two or more of the following areas: talent acquisition, organization development, total rewards, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development.
