    Job DescriptionJob Tittle: Sales Manager
    Department: Sales and Marketing

    Role and Responsibilities:
    1. Accurately identify customer requirements, to grow sales, build strong relationships and maintain collaborative partnerships with customers.
    2. Managing a manufacturer representative network in assigned territories.
    3. Take ownership and demonstrate a commitment to success.
    4. Capacity to make things happen and see them to completion.
    5. Be a proactive business partner to customers and colleagues.
    6. Strong communication and presentation skills.
    7. Be pro-active and make independent decisions to meet objectives within required parameters.
    8. Ability to see and seek new opportunities and create new business.
    9. Capable of developing and making customer presentations.
    10. A high level of internal and external communication.
    11. Represent company at trade shows and promote products.
    12. Strong follow-up skills and the ability to multitask.
    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    • PC Proficient with standard office software (MSWord, Excel, Access, Teams, Outlook & PowerPoint).
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proficient with the use of technology including cell phone and computer
    • Learn Gross Margin Template and company AX system.

    Physical Demands
    • Travel to assigned territories/trade shows/customer events regularly. Estimated travel 70% - 80% of time or as required.
    • Must be able to stand for long periods at a time at trade shows.
    We have an excellent benefit package, including a 5% employer match on 6% employee contribution to 401 (k), Paid vacation and PTO available annually. Medical, dental and vision benefits offered the first month after hire. There is also a competitive starting wage based on experience.
