• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students

• High School Diploma or higher
• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a daycare, Montessori, or special education setting
• Strong understanding of childhood development and early childhood education principles
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
• Knowledge of child welfare practices and policies
