Job Overview:
Duties:
- Process deposits, bills, and payments along with payroll and 1099's.
- Maintain QuickBooks Online software and all insurance policies.
- Supervise all contracts and bids for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Assist with external annual review and report findings to the Board of Directors.
- Oversee other audits such as workers' compensation, grants, programs, and generate schedules and reports as needed.
- Provide ASL interpreter auditing including credentialing, licensing, insurance etc.
- Coordinate with program and event coordinators to set up and maintain program budgets.
- Organize registrations and transactions related to ASL workshops and events yearround.
- Uphold the human resources and employee lifecycle including development of team members and annual performance reviews.
- Ensure confidentiality of information and become HIPPA certified.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in financial accounting, grant writing and financial concepts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform account reconciliation
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
