Accounting Clerk - Doylestown, United States - London Financial
Description
The
Accounting Clerk will report to the Accounting Director and support a small team specifically with accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting administrative duties.
Compensation:
$21-23/hr
Schedule:
Mon - Fri 8am -430pm (Fully onsite)
- Would be able to work hybrid after 36 months
Responsibilities:
- Review invoices and input into electronic system
- Match invoices and process for electronic payment
- Review invoices for discrepancies
- Post all receipts into accounting system
- Process expenses and audit expense reports
- Communicate with vendors as needed
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on open PO's
- Process travel requests
- Perform additional adhoc administrative duties
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 1+ years of relevant accounts payable experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Technically skilled with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
