The
Accounting Clerk will report to the Accounting Director and support a small team specifically with accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting administrative duties.

This position sits onsite in Doylestown, with the chance of working a few days remote upon being fully trained.


Compensation:
$21-23/hr


Schedule:
Mon - Fri 8am -430pm (Fully onsite)

  • Would be able to work hybrid after 36 months

Responsibilities:


  • Review invoices and input into electronic system
  • Match invoices and process for electronic payment
  • Review invoices for discrepancies
  • Post all receipts into accounting system
  • Process expenses and audit expense reports
  • Communicate with vendors as needed
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up on open PO's
  • Process travel requests
  • Perform additional adhoc administrative duties

Qualifications/Requirements:


  • 1+ years of relevant accounts payable experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Technically skilled with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
