The Table Game Floor Supervisor will implement and ensure compliance with Washington State Gambling Commission regulations, company internal control policies and safety regulations. Train, supervise and monitor performance of staff to ensure smooth and efficient gaming operations during shift.

How You'll Succeed

In this role you will:

Supervise the operation of up to seven gaming tables.
Ensure fills/credits are handled in accordance with regulations and policies.
Promote positive guest relations.
Assist in answering questions or resolving disputes.
In collaboration with Shift Manager ensure that games are supplied with sufficient and proper equipment.
Create a positive, professional atmosphere for staff and guests.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have previous Casino Gaming experience and knowledge that includes:

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Working knowledge of cash handling and knowledge of State of Washington Gambling regulations and rules.
College degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five (5) years experience in casino games and operations with appropriate licensure and progressive supervisory experience.
Must have or be able to obtain a Washington State Gaming License.
Create a fun atmosphere for all guests.
Instills an atmosphere that encourages staff to share ideas, discuss concerns and resolve conflicts.
Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all staff by setting positive examples.
Retain staff through involvement in training and development.
Ability to communicate effectively at all times, with all levels of employees and guests.
