- Supervise, lead, and mentor hourly warehouse employees
- Prioritize hourly warehouse employee workload, scheduling, and assessing performance
- Partner with all functional departments to ensure meeting business unit and company safety, service, cost, and people goals
- Requisition and maintain inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet production demands
- Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, identify and implement opportunities to improve processes
- Tracks production and ensure all deadlines and schedules are met
- Adheres to all safety rules, use and ensure that workers use the required protective equipment
- Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes
- Monitor and report daily production results, material usage, waste, and downtime
- Direct and perform work related to packing of material such as stamping, sorting, labeling, palletizing, processing of material, etc.
- Minimum three years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Manufacturing Industry experience.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to wear multiple hats and work in a multi-task environment.
- Strong organizational skills
