CNC Programmer /MachinistOur wheel manufacturing company is seeking a CNC Programmer with experience programming 3 axis CNC mills and UR10 Robots.

You will develop new CNC programs for production runs or modify existing programs for different machines.

During the manufacturing process, you will perform quality checks with the machine operator to ensure the program is producing parts according to specifications, making manual adjustments if necessary.

You will also work with the management to look for product modifications that might reduce the amount of material or fabrication time.

This position will entail a creative person to design unique parts. This person must be fluent in Fusion 360 , fixturing and understanding Haas machines. ST25, ST35, VF2, VF5SS.

Pay will be based on experience CNC Programmer Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop CNC programs for production runsAnalyze drawings to determine dimensions and to choose cutting tools, machine speeds, and feed ratesModify existing programs for different machinesMaintain tooling databaseMake manual program adjustments as necessaryTroubleshoot issues during the manufacturing processDaily maintenance on machines CNC Programmer Requirements and QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED certificateCompletion of a technical or associate degree program a plusExperience programming 3 axis CNC mills and UR RobotsFluent in Fusion 360Basic math skillsSelf starterProblem solverTeam playerVahlco is a global performance aluminum wheel leader.
