• Generate CNC programs, setup sheets, and tool lists to support shop floor personnel
• Knowledge of cutting tools, fixture design, and coolant requirements
• Ensure all features and tolerances of machined parts are realized
• Analyze drawings and models for pertinent data and concerns
• Provide support and resolve technical problems as they arise
• Use various inspection and measurement tools to validate your work
• Maintain program library
• Work as a team by openly collaborating with engineers and fellow team members
• Ongoing self-training to increase personal effectiveness REQUIREMENTS/

• Mastery of CAD/CAM software (MasterCAM)
• 5 years' experience with complex fixture design, fabrication, and grooming
• 5 years' experience in programming and operating CNC mills and lathes, and Wire EDMs
• 5 years' experience with precision manufacturing techniques and maintaining tolerances down to +/ "
• Reading and interpreting drawings, models, and other technical documents
• Proficiency with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English
• Experience in Aerospace and Defense Industry - preferred
• Experience at an AS9100 certified job shop - preferred
• Experience with Mazak CNC Mills, Mitsubishi WEDM machines and Chevalier Grinders - preferred
