- Early Childhood Intervention (ECI): Serving over 1,000 each month, this program provides evaluations and personalized therapy sessions to children from birth to three years of age and includes occupational and physical therapy, speech and language therapy, feeding and nutrition therapy, developmental therapy, and transition assistance to additional services.
- The Warren Center Clinic Therapy Services: This program served 163 children last fiscal year. We enroll children aged three to five, and continue to serve them as they get older. Our licensed speech-language pathologists, occupational therapist and physical therapist focus on communication, social, sensory, and motor/ coordination skills utilizing our sensory gym, outdoor therapy yard, motor room, small therapy rooms and group classroom.
- We also help parents whose children are in a program with family education and support services which include monthly education workshops, respite care and support groups – plus guidance to other needed services and resources.

Summary
The Revenue Cycle Manager supports the overall mission of The Warren Center by overseeing the development, implementation, management and reporting of the medical billing and revenue cycle management functions.

Provides leadership and administrative direction to the revenue cycle function
Reviews and ensures standardized billing department policies and procedures are maintained and that operations comply with SOP's to maximum collections and maintain regulatory compliance, acting as a liaison among Accounting, Billing, Operations and Clinical staff
Review, analyzes and interprets financial data to monitor progress toward established goals, identifies deterrents to success and implements improvements as necessary to enhance efficiencies and results
Develop and implement internal employee and business metrics in order to refine processes and improve efficiencies
Liaison with ProviderSoft medical billing system and third–party vendor to solve database issues as they arise
Oversee communication with operations team to ensure efficient processes are understood and implemented in accordance with policies and procedures, and denial reports are provided, and root causes are resolved
Responsible for accurate and timely billing, data e for accurate and timely billing, data entry, charge corrections, adjustments and Denial management
Oversees the management of the EDI functions as they relate to electronic claims submission, denial management, and related systems for scope of business
Review reimbursement levels to determine when changes take place and keep abreast of changes in the industry that will impact charging patterns and reimbursement levels
Responsible for the organizational structure required to maximize results and control costs
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards and directives from regulatory agencies and third-party payors including enrollment, contracting and credentialing of providers
Maintain appropriate internal control safeguards over financial records and collection of cash
Monitor aged accounts and verify appropriate collections procedures are being followed
Regularly provide upper management with revenue cycle status including reports, metrics and presentations
Contracting and credentialing
Resolve escalated reimbursement issues with third–party payors and systems for optimal management of accounts receivable
Responsible for understanding and following all rules in the reimbursement guide as identified by HHSC and the division for early childhood intervention services
Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
Education
Required:
Bachelor's degree in business or systems management, or equivalent experience with medical billing
Experience
Required:
Minimum five (5) years working with revenue cycle management
Preferred:
Management of data systems, business processes, and supervision of data end user
