JOB IS IN MONTGOMERY, NEW YORK MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE_

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely deliveries
Load and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment, such as a pallet jack or manual lifting
Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, reporting any issues or concerns

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of local roads and routes for efficient navigation
Ability to operate various types of vehicles, including vans, box trucks, or tractortrailers
Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
