JOB SUMMARY:

As the Submitted Sample Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing customer relationships within the non-inspection related testing (Submitted Samples) sector.

Your primary focus will be on new business development, customer management, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop and execute strategies to promote non-inspection related testing services (Submitted Samples). Gather feedback and utilize personal experience to define client requirements and shape service offerings. 2. Business Development and Client Management
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within petrochemicals, Renewables, R&D, and Marine Fuel sectors. Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Sales and Proposal Management
Develop and issue quotations and proposals, negotiating fees, terms, and conditions. Assist in completing Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and service agreements. 4. Account Onboarding and Relationship Management
Own and facilitate the onboarding process for new accounts. Act as the primary contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing client needs. 5. Market Analysis and Insights
Collect, analyze, and provide insights on market intelligence, trends, and competitor activities. Utilize data to drive revenue-generating strategies and meet KPIs. 6. Sales Cycle Management
Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including preparing and presenting business proposals. Assist in responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs). 7.

Industry Representation and Marketing
Represent the company at industry functions and engage in marketing activities to expand the client base.

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive profitable revenues. 8. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
Build and maintain a network of stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and internal teams. Act as a liaison between clients, the laboratory, and senior management. 9. Technical Support and Consultation
Provide consultation, recommendations, and technical assistance to clients, leveraging support from the technical team. 10. Financial Management Work closely with the laboratory and accounts team to ensure timely invoicing and payments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Business Administration, or related discipline).
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the testing or scientific services industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to clients. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
