"Make a difference at Lafim-Diakonie for elderly people. We are currently seeking a qualified nursing professional (m/f/d) to join our team at the Evangelical Senior Center Kloster Lindow, located at Kloster 1B in 16835 Lindow. This position is available immediately, on a full-time or part-time basis of 40 hours per week. Our center, situated by Lake Wutzsee, offers 46 full-time care beds and five short-term and respite care beds. We also have a day care center and assisted living apartments. The city center and the old monastery are in close proximity. Your responsibilities include promoting the independence and well-being of our residents through individualized, activating, and holistic care and support. * You will be responsible for the professional and organizational planning of the care and support process within the assigned care group. * You will also be responsible for documenting the care process."
