Courtesy Transportation duties consist of the following.
- Transport guests to and from the dealership as needed and insure guest safety.
- Gather all necessary data from the guest to include Address,Time of needed pick up, and any other necessary information the transportation may require.
- Must have a positive, customer focused attitude.
- Additional duties may include but are not limited to the following. Pick up pastries for the customer lounge in a timely order. Bank runs for the accounting office as needed. Any additional transportation needs necessary to the operation of the dealership.
- Clear communication is a must. Communicating with the service advisor and service manager regarding customer transportation is a daily task with this position.
- Ensure all of the necessary regulations of driver safety are adhered to.
- Must have valid Florida Driver license.
