    R Reverse Engineer

    Key Role:
    Support numerous challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on our nation's security and intelligence mission. C ond uct reverse engineering and vulnerability analysis of complex and diverse sof tware systems.

    Design, develop, and document proof-of-concept sof tware to demonstrate findings and develop custom programs for automating reverse engineering and interacting with binaries being analyzed.


    Basic Qualifications:
    * 2+ years of experience with programming, including Python, C, C++, and Assembly
    • Experience with performing sof tware reverse engineering and vulnerability analysis using IDA Pro or Ghidra
    • Experience with Operating System internals for Windows, Linux, or MacOS
    • Experience with performing sof tware dynamic analysis using gdb, OllyDbg, and WinDbg
    • Experience with developing sof tware systems in assembly, C, or C++, on Windows, UNIX, Linux, or VxWorks
    • Ability to read or write in an assembly language, including x86, ARM, MIPS, or PowerPC
    • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
    • HS diploma or GED

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Experience with analyzing malware or reverse engineering in x86 Windows binaries
    • Experience with reverse engineering embedded firmware
    • Experience with developing CNO sof tware
    • Experience with working in virtualized environments
    • Experience with kernel-level development
    • Experience with Windows and Linux driver development
    • Experience with analyzing network protocols
    • Knowledge of IA concepts, including cryptography
    • Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, Computer Engineering, or

    Physics Clearance:

    Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172, annualized USD).

    The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
