Job Summary:


Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying and selling properties
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Stay knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and appraisals
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, deeds, closing statements)
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or willingness to learn
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
• Knowledge of real estate administrative processes
• Familiarity with real estate law and market trends
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
