Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the administrative functions of our school.

This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks, weekly responsibilities, and monthly duties to maintain and organized and efficient environment.


Duties:


  • Perform highly responsible and confidential secretarial and administrative duties, including data entry tasks using Microsoft 365 and other computerized systems.
  • Assist with clerical duties such as typing, filing, and proofreading documents.
  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and organizing office activities.
  • Utilize Google Suite for communication and documentation purposes.
  • Support office management by coordinating office supplies, equipment maintenance and event planning and set up.
  • Provide excellent customer service as a point of contact for inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills and professionalism required.
  • Maintain confidential information and records.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
  • Bookkeeping skills preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative assistant roles with the ability to demonstrate clear written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, data entry, and general clerical tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, adaptability, and problemsolving skills a must.

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
