Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and vendors, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.


Responsibilities:


  • Field customer phone calls
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handle CC transactions and maintain accurate CC handling procedures
  • Utilize Sage BW's POS system to process orders and payments
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Basic math skills
  • Familiarity using Excell
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
